Dating AI Site describes an adult-oriented AI companion service. This page sets out who may use the Site, what the content is and is not, and the limits that apply regardless of any setting inside the application.

1. Strictly 18+

Access is limited to people who are at least 18 years old, or older where local law sets a higher age of majority. An age confirmation appears before content loads. Passing it is a representation that you meet the requirement; misrepresenting your age is a breach of our Terms of Use.

2. Every character is fictional

All characters shown or described are fictional AI personas. They are not real people, are not based on real people, and are written as adults aged nineteen or older. There are no real-user profiles anywhere in the service, and nothing on this Site should be read as a statement about a real individual.

3. Adult mode is opt-in

Conversations begin in an ordinary register. The adult register is a setting you enable per thread and can disable the same way. Media inside a thread remains behind a content lock until you choose to reveal it. Nothing explicit is presented to you by default.

4. Hard limits

Content involving minors or the sexualisation of minors is forbidden without exception. So is content depicting real identifiable individuals, non-consensual scenarios presented approvingly, and material that would be unlawful in the jurisdictions we operate in. No setting, upgrade or request unlocks any of it.

5. It is entertainment, not a relationship service

An AI companion does not have feelings, needs or a life outside the conversation. The experience is designed to be engaging, and that is precisely why it should be understood for what it is: software producing plausible text, not a person forming an attachment to you.

6. Not therapy or crisis support

The service is not a mental-health tool and must never be used as one in an emergency. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a recognised crisis line immediately. An AI companion cannot assess risk, cannot summon help and should not be relied on to.

7. Use your judgement about time

An always-available conversation partner is easy to keep talking to. If you find the service displacing sleep, work or people you care about, step back from it. Nothing here is designed to be a substitute for human contact.

8. Local law is your responsibility

Access to adult material is regulated differently around the world. If viewing this content is unlawful where you are, you must leave the Site. We do not provide guidance on the law of your jurisdiction.

9. Privacy and discretion

The service runs in a browser. Nothing is installed and nothing appears in an app store purchase history, but the pages you open still appear in your own browser history. If you share a device, use a private window and clear it afterwards.

10. Parental controls

Adults responsible for a household device should use operating-system parental controls, network-level filtering or one of the recognised filtering services to prevent minors from reaching adult sites. We label this site so that those tools can classify it correctly.

11. Reporting a concern

If you encounter content on this Site that appears to breach any of the limits above, report it to hello@dating-ai.site with the URL and a short description. Reports of this kind are prioritised over all other correspondence.
