This Privacy Policy explains what information Dating AI Site (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit dating-ai.site, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website only. Partner services you reach through our outbound links operate under their own policies, and we encourage you to read them before creating an account there.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Dating AI Site operates this website and is the party responsible for the processing described here. Questions, objections and deletion requests can be sent to hello@dating-ai.site, and we aim to respond within thirty days of receiving a complete request.

2. Adults only

This website is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has interacted with the site, we delete any associated records without delay. The age confirmation stored in your browser exists solely to remember that you have passed the gate.

3. Information you give us directly

The website has no registration form, no profile creation and no photo upload. The only information you can actively send us is what you choose to include in an email — for example a support question, a rights complaint or a deletion request. We use that content solely to handle the matter you raised and to keep a record of how it was resolved.

4. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics layers record technical data when a page is served: the requested URL, the referring page, an approximate location derived from your IP address, your browser and device type, screen size, language and the time of the request. We use this in aggregate to understand which pages are useful, to detect abuse and to size the layout correctly for common devices.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of first-party storage items. One cookie records that you confirmed you are 18 or older, so the gate does not reappear on every page. A local-storage entry may hold campaign parameters (UTM values) from the address you arrived on, so that a partner can attribute a referral correctly. Neither is used to build an advertising profile of you.

You can clear both at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will simply mean the age gate is shown again on your next visit.

6. Analytics

We may load a tag-management or analytics container to measure page views, scroll depth and which sections of a page are read. These measurements are interpreted at the level of the page, not the individual. Where the provider supports it, IP addresses are truncated before storage.

7. Outbound partner links

Calls to action on this site route through an internal redirect and then to a partner platform. When you follow one, the partner receives the referral identifier and any campaign parameters attached to the link, plus the standard technical data any website receives. What happens after that — account creation, payment, message history — is governed by the partner’s own privacy policy and terms, not by this one.

8. Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR or a comparable framework applies, we rely on legitimate interests for security, abuse prevention and aggregate audience measurement; on consent for any non-essential analytics or storage where consent is required in your jurisdiction; and on legal obligation where we must retain records to answer a lawful request.

9. How long we keep information

Server and analytics logs are retained for a limited operational period — typically no more than twelve months — and then deleted or aggregated beyond re-identification. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve the matter and to evidence that it was resolved. Browser storage lives on your device until you clear it.

10. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the infrastructure providers that make the site work (hosting, content delivery, analytics), with affiliate partners in the limited form described in section 7, and with authorities where a valid legal request requires it.

11. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where that involves a transfer out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

12. Your rights

13. Security and changes to this policy

The site is served over HTTPS and we keep the number of systems that touch data deliberately small, because the safest data is the data never collected. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection. We may update this policy as the site changes; material updates will be reflected in the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
